As a native of Finland, Marjo (pronounced Mario - and yes, she DOES answer to "Hey, Mario!") brings a unique perspective to the New York City Real Estate scene. As she puts it, it's 'one of a kind in the world'. Her work in Fashion industry trade shows required her to travel extensively throughout the United States and Europe, confirming her decision to make the Big Apple her home.

Vivian Ducat is a native-born New Yorker, raised in the converted dining room of a Classic Six on Riverside Drive. Vivian holds a masters degree in Real Estate Development from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at Columbia University, and has an undergraduate degree from Harvard. She wrote her masters thesis on the subdivision of large Manhattan apartments that occurred during the 1930's.
A filmmaker and producer of interactive media for museums and the web, Vivian has also had a lifelong passion for real estate. She began studying the Sunday New York Times Real Estate Section ads at the age of 8, and later participated in the revival of Columbus Avenue when, in 1981, she became the first resident shareholder of the Endicott when it was converted from its former SRO status. Over 26 years as a shareholder of several buildings, Vivian has served on Coop boards both on the Upper West Side and in Washington Heights. She is currently very active in the civic life of Upper Manhattan.
Vivian lives with her husband and two children in a grand 12-story apartment building in lower Washington Heights. Her kitchen looks out over the Audubon Terrace museums, her bedroom faces the George Washington Bridge, and the dining room has a classic "city view" that includes the Empire State and Chrysler buildings. One of Vivian's many goals is to have visited at least one apartment in every building along Riverside Drive.
Tulsi Reynolds

E-Mail Tulsi Reynolds
Tulsi Reynolds came to real estate from an extensive career as a performing artist in the United States and Europe, where she sang in concert, cabaret and television appearances. A songwriter and musician as well, she can be heard on several recordings with the great jazz artist Alice Coltrane. Also a published author - her book "The Little Cat Who Had No Name" (a child's fable for adults) - was published by Mid-March Arts Press in 1990; and she has exhibited and sold her unique photographs, specializing in reviving a turn of the century technique of hand-tinting. It was during her travels, working in the arts, that Tulsi developed a love of great architecture and an interest in the possibilities of real estate as a field in which she could thrive.
Her education includes Brooklyn College and graduation from the New York School of Interior Design. This gives Tulsi an excellent understanding of what her client's needs are in relation to comfortable living space.
Tulsi began working in real estate as an on-site representative for a new development on the Upper West Side, where she continues to live. Extremely patient and personally concerned, many of the people she has worked with over the years have become her good friends, and she has often worked with several members of the same family who appreciate her taste and her thoughtful approach to a most important purchase. She is happy to give her clients as much time as needed to find exactly the right home, (or the right buyer) for which she is often rewarded with their loyalty and respect.
